49 delegates will be able to taste en primeur the 2010 harvest of Negroamaro, Primitivo and Nero di Troia.
Paule Calle Candido

Paule Calle, Passito IGT Salento, 50% Chardonnay and 50% Malvasia Bianca. Remarkably complex and elegant to the nose.
Aleatico Candido

Aleatico Candido, Red Salice Salentino DOC. Fine, Muscat scents to the nose; broad and full on the palate.
Duca D'Aragona Candido

Duca D'Aragona Candido, 80% Negroamaro and 20% Montepulciano. A very intense wine with polished aromas.
Primitivo Due Palme

Primitivo Due Palme, Red IGP Salento, pure Primitivo. A wine with a very intense and long-lasting finish.
Candido: the production

All the vinification operations are carried out in two distinct phases at the two cellars in Guagnano and San Donaci.
Cantine Due Palme: The production

The winery range includes 18 wines: 7 DOC, 7 IGT and 2 table wines, 2 sparkling wines and one grappa produced from marc of White Malvasia.
Consorzio Manduria: the production

The winery range includes 13 wines (6 DOC and 7 IGT). The Primitivo is of course the main variety produced.
