Born in Bari 34 years ago, Antonio Pulini is resourceful, creative and respectful of the local culinary tradition that he enjoys making a little outside the box. Always ready to lead a kitchen brigade and to surprise with his creations, our chef says that cooking is an art learned in the field -and like all arts, it represents the truth that we carry inside: we must get it out. Antonio’s cuisine is light and refined, thanks to his wise cooking techniques and a careful selection of raw materials.
