I Vicerè RistorArte is located in Lecce’s centre, in the stables of Palazzo Zaccaria (1500 AD). Art is a predominant feature: we host recurring exhibitions of artists from Salento. Our dishes are made with traditional ingredients, reshaped and enriched by our Chef Giuseppe Greco. Our menu is simple yet sophisticated: raw seafood, fresh fish, and delicious homemade pastry.

Giuseppe Greco, Chef
Chef Giuseppe Greco graduated from Otranto’s hotel management school. 'I Vicerè' chose him as Chef in 2010; his strength lies in his ability to conjugate local ingredients with extra-regional ones in deliciously simple dishes.
